Privacy notice

How SolTrace handles the information you submit through the beta signup form on this website.

Who is the data controller

SolTrace Ltd (Company No. 17322937), 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Phone: 020 8191 4099. ICO registration number: ZC190679.

What we collect

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use these details solely to contact you about the SolTrace beta. Our lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the signup form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us (see below).

Where it is stored

Your submission is stored in a dedicated database (Supabase) hosted in the United Kingdom / eu-west-2 (London) region, isolated from all other SolTrace systems. If that database is temporarily unreachable at the moment you submit, a single copy of your submission is emailed to a SolTrace mailbox so your request is not lost.

How long we keep it

We keep beta-programme enquiry details (name, email and any company details you provide) until the beta programme concludes or you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 12 months after collection.

Anti-bot check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions are not automated. See the Cloudflare privacy notice.

Contact form

If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and your IP address, browser user-agent, and the date/time of submission. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the contact form. The message is stored in the same dedicated Supabase database (United Kingdom / eu-west-2, London); a copy is also emailed to a SolTrace mailbox so we can reply. We delete or anonymise contact messages no later than 12 months after the beta closes. Your rights and the DSAR route below apply equally to contact-form messages.

No tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, and erasure. To exercise any right, or to make a data subject access request, email data-protection@soltrace.co.uk.
